Protective Custody Limited (PCL) is committed being the leading provider in delivery of quality security services to our customers in the areas of guarding, trained dogs and handlers. In pursuit of this commitment, PCL shall continually evaluate its environment in an effort to determine internal and external issues that would hinder or enhance the achievement of their objectives. PCL is committed to determining and meeting all applicable statutory, regulatory and customer requirements and continually improve on them through the implementation of Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015. PCL has developed quality objectives at relevant functional areas. The established Quality objectives and this quality policy shall be communicated to the relevant interested parties and reviewed regularly for adequacy and appropriateness.
